The invention refers to an anti-lock braking device for vehicles. The device is made up of a pressure regulator (B) and a transducer (A). The pressure regulator creates a breaking force that is proportional to the pressure exerted on a main piston (5), is controlled by another force which acts on a secondary piston (6), and is determined by the transducer (A). The transducer (A) is made up of an inertial wheel (1), which is mounted on the vehicle's axle (2) by means of a thread (a), and a fork (3).
