SOLUTION: An equipment monitoring device 1 internally stores a corresponding table for permitting a code(message number) to correspond to an abnormal part and abnormal contents, etc., permits the message number to correspond to the abnormal parts and the abnormal contents, etc., when the abnormality is detected, connects the corresponding message number so as to generate the alarm commands and transmits alarm command data. A voice main system 2 receives the alarm commands transmitted from the equipment monitoring device 1, assembles the messages corresponding to the contents, calls a portable equipment 4 which is made to correspond to the abnormal them. |
