<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal deflection drive circuit that makes the operation of a display device stable. SOLUTION: The horizontal deflection drive circuit 1 is made up of a base drive current supply section 12 that is switched by a low level oscillation pulse outputted from an oscillating element 11, a P-channel FET section 13 that is switched by the low level oscillation pulse to control a current outputted from the base drive current supply section 12, an N-channel FET section 14 that is switched by a high level oscillation pulse to control a current outputted from the base drive current supply section 12, and a drive transformer that induces a deflection current to be outputted from a deflection current supply source based on a current controlled by the P-channel FET-section or a current controlled by the N-channel FET-section. Through the constitution above, since a stable base drive current is supplied to a horizontal output deflection transistor section 17, a switching loss and a storage loss are reduced.</p> |
