SOLUTION: When an operation lever 360 is turned counterclockwise to the last so that a consumer drinks the purified water, the operation lever 360 is not further turned by the contact of a locking projection 362 with a first locking projection 352 projection on the front side of a lid plate 350, and a set projection on the front side of the operation lever 360 is matched with the first selected scale while the operation is stopped. When the operation lever 360 is turned clockwise to be shut off so that the purified water is not fed, the set projection on the front side of the operation lever is matched with the second selected scale, and the operation lever is stopped following the setting action of turning range regulation member 370.</p> |
