PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable even a downstream-side recipient to confirm electronic document delivery to himself or herself which has its reception delivery order prescribed by letting the recipient, positioned behind a recipient who can gain access currently, know that later access is possible. SOLUTION: A server checks the period of a next reception display of mail information stored in a work flow storage part 165, also checks whether or not the period is already elapsed after an electronic mail is set to a recipient, and lets a next recipient know that it is his or her turn to receive an electronic mail next. Then the electronic mail displayed in the received mail display field of the next recipient is displayed in gray. The server manages the access right within the range of security rest items that the sender sets on a mail transmission screen. In this case, only a sender's name and a document tile which are displayed in gray are delivered to the next recipient until a receiver in process of the work flow approves. |
