摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce irradiation of light from an electrode tube path light emit ting part, causing uneven luminescence to the minimum, and significantly reduce the uneven luminescence on a light conductor surface. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a substrate 11, a plate-shaped light conductor 13 provided on this substrate 11, and L-shaped cold cathode-ray tubes 14A to 14D provided on an end face of this light conductor 13. These cold cathode-ray tubes 14A to 14D have electrode parts on both ends, and when light emission at these electrode parts is an electrode tube path light-emitting part, so that a non-electrode tube path light-emitting part excluding the electrode tube path light-emitting part from all the tube path light-emitting parts of each of the cold cathode-ray tubes 14A to 14D lies opposed to the end face of this light conductor 13.
