PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain position registration even on the occurrence of a fault in a control station without causing increase in traffic in the case that a base station and mobile station connecting to the control station connecting to a trunk line and an extension or the like via a transmission channel make communication via a radio channel. SOLUTION: A base station 20 stores a tentative base station ID and when a fault of a control station 1 is detected, notice information revised with the tentative base station ID is sent to the mobile station and position registration is made by the tentative base station ID on the occurrence of a fault in the control station 1. Furthermore, when the fault is restored, the notice of a base station ID having been sent by a base station 2a is stopped and the ID is revised into a regular base station ID informed from the control station 1 and the notice information is transmitted again to make position registration of all mobile stations resident in the base station zone. |
