PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner recycling device for reusing toner by carrying recovered toner after being recovered from the surface of an image carrier to a developing part, while preventing clogging with the toner. SOLUTION: The toner recycling device 1 drives an air pump 3 by motor, to carry the recovered toner 7 which is classified by a toner classifier 2 and supplied through a connecting tube 9, to a toner hopper 4 with a flow of air through an exhaust tube 5. The revolving speed fm of the motor 10 for driving the air pump 3 and the natural frequency fH of the toner hopper 4 are set to satisfy the conditions fm /(60×2<1/2> ) ×fm )/60. Therefore, the vibration of the air pump 3 vibrated by motor becomes an exciting source, to resonately vibrate the toner hopper 4, so that the recovered toner 7 stuck to the part, of the exhaust pipe 4a of the toner hopper 4 and the inside of this hopper 4 drops. Thus, the clogging with the recovered toner 7 can be prevented.
