Cosmetic hair conditioner composition contains aminated polyoxyalkylated silicone and a conditioning agent. Cosmetic composition containing, in a cosmetically acceptable base, at least one aminated polyoxyalkylated silicone (AB)n where A = a polysiloxane block and B = a polyoxyalkylene block containing at least one amine group; and at least one conditioning agent selected from poly- alpha -olefins, fluorinated oils, fluorinated waxes, fluorinated gums, fatty acid esters, cationic polymers, silicones, and mineral, vegetable or animal oils .
