PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange requested items discussed at a conference or a meeting and to extract a mutual connection. SOLUTION: Information discussed at a conference or a meeting is stored in an important matter information file 1, arranged to be adapted requested items, and input side information, output side information or the like of each of the adapted important matter items is inputted. Next, the requested items are connected by the input/output side information, a temporal order relation of the important matter items or the like, the connection between the adapted requested items is structured bottom-up and at the same time a connection of the adapted requested items is structured top-down by overlooking the whole adapted items. Also, the connection between the adapted requested items is checked and a connection or the like between adapted requested items are reviewed and modified. The adapted items thus obtained and their connection are outputted by a format of, for example, a chart or the like, fed back to the conference or the meeting or are information transferred to the next phase and utilized. |
