PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a plan for transportation from a different transportation source and an efficient transportation plan when different kind of moving body having different necessary times are present by outputting a total transportation plan by classified requests and classified requests outputted on the basis of transporting capacity information. SOLUTION: A moving body quantity determining means 1 inputs a transportation request for men, freight or the like estimates the necessary number of moving bodies, and outputs transportation requests by the moving bodies. Then a request classifying means 2 inputs the transportation requests by the moving bodies, classifies the requests according to classification standards, and outputs the classified requests. Further, a transportation capacity file 3 stores transportation capacity information on the moving times or the like of the moving bodies. Then a constitution part 4 for paths by the classified requests inputs the classified requests and the transportation capacity information stored in the transportation capacity file 3 and generates and outputs transportation plans by the classified requests. An integration-by-request means 5 inputs the transportation plans by the classified requests and integrates them to generate the total transportation plan. |
