PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmitting device and a method for selecting a large capacity line from a client side at the time of transferring large capacity data, and a server device. SOLUTION: Request data (request) from a client computer 31 of a client side network 30 to an outside network (internet) 50 are transmitted from a client server 32 through a telephone line 2 being a first communication path to a first substitute server 41 of a server system 40, and repeated through a second substitute server 42 to the internet 50. A response data (response) to this request are returned through a satellite line 6 being a second communication path to the client side network 30 after protocol conversion is operated when the response data are large capacity data including a picture or the like. The first substitute server 41 and the second substitute server 42 are allowed to function as a fire-proof wall 43 of a server system 40. |
