<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the timely access by a non-real time station to a communication medium by hourly separating multiple chains and controlling the maximum number of stations which the respective chains have. SOLUTION: In a network constituted of the plural real time stations and the non-real time station, which are connected to a coaxial cable transmission medium, the respective stations independently form plural chains for indefinite time. When A, B and C show the identification of the chains and numbers show the number of the stations with chain constitution in an example, the respective chains A-3, B-2 and C-2 separated at prescribed time exist in an access period P1. The respective stations are increased/decreased by the various chains and the separation of the chains is changed with time. When the number of the stations is not more than a prescribed value and separation time is smaller than tmin in access P6, B-2 and B-4 are connected and a single chain B-4 is generated.</p> |
