PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable safe and comfortable use by setting restriction to operation of a function which is not appropriate for a user to operate. SOLUTION: Signals of predetermined particular switches among a plurality of switches for inputting operation contents are specified by a specifying means 24. A key switch 20 for switching a first state and a second state can be connected to a tip end of a treatment terminal wire 16. A control means 21 disables operation of a particular switch specified by the specifying means 24 when a signal returned from the key switch 20 provided in a service hatch is at a predetermined state. |
