PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive planographic printing plate without causing a stain at ends, exhibiting satisfactory feedability without sticking to other plate even after they are piled up without interposing a sheet stuck to each other and a long time elapses and without generating Al powder on a fixed disk at an exposed part. SOLUTION: A photosensitive layer is disposed on an Al substrate having a hydrophilic surface on this photosensitive planographic printing plate. In this case, the top surfaces of the ends of at least two opposite sides of the Al substrate have convexly upward curved faces and burrs of each having a 5-40μm height and a 20-1,000μm<2> area protruded on the bottoms of the ends, and the bottom of the substrate has been anodically oxidized by >=1 g/m<2> . |
