1. The pull-forcing device is designed for identifying play in automobile wheel suspensions. It consists of two mobile plates, secured symmetrically on the track beams of an automobile jack. The plates are moved with a servomotor. At their edges, they are equipped with two cylindrical shoulders, the front one and the back one. Characterized in that: The plates (1) are secured to the track beams (2) of a diagnostic automobile jack with the vertical mandrel (3), so that the plates can rotate. The mandrel is fixed to the internal surface of the plate (1) and it is located off the longitudinal axis of the plate, near its back edge. The arm (6), in the form of a salient flat bar, is fixed to the lateral edge of each plate (1), at the extension of its back cylindrical shoulder (5). The end of the arm is connected through an articulated joint to the servomotor (7), fixed to the lateral edge of the track beam (2) of the jack. The sliding plates (8) are fixed on the track beams (2), immediately under the surface of the plates (1).
