A vibrating machine for vibrating a part fastened thereto. The machine comprises a shaft 1, 2, an eccentric mass eccentrically connected thereto and power transmission arrangements for driving the shaft. A shaft part 2 disposed at both ends of the shaft and mounted in the part to be vibrated is detachably connected to the respective end of a connecting shaft 1, which joins together the shaft parts, by a connection 3 which gives rise to a torque. The connection 3 between the shaft part 2 mounted in the part to be vibrated and the connecting shaft 1 is rigid and therefore also gives rise to a bending moment. <IMAGE>
