A high-pressurization apparatus provided with a pressure-inflatable bag (3) into which a pressurizing liquid (5) is injected as a pressurization means in a hermetically closed pressure-proof container (1) filled with an object (2) to be pressurized. It is an apparatus which is easy to manufacture, capable of reducing the production cost and excellent in safety, more particularly an ultrahigh pressurization and sterilization apparatus.
