The fencing comprises supports (8) attachable round the outside of the bed and having two vertically superposed electric leads (2a,2b) of which at least one is spaced from the outside of the bed (5). The electric leads can be freely spanned wires held by clamps (1a,1b) on the support. The leads can be fitted in the clamps through insulating sleeves (3).
