<p>A press-bending machine is made of upper and lower parts, the first essentially dynamic in respect to the second and the first is an upper crosspiece vertically movable on the vertical axis, while an interchangeable tool making up a punch (2) is provided on the lower end of the frame. Lifting and lowering of the crosspiece (1) is carried out by cylinders for each side relative to an underlying lower crosspiece supporting an interchangeable matrix (5). The matrix has longitudinally at least 1 bending groove (5') determining the bending angle of a sheet foil (B) subjected to a working cycle and the bending groove is provided with at least 1 measuring area, while the foil is bent at points (6,7) and at points (9'',9'''). A feeler (9) in a vertical hole (8) is provided with nail-like feelers and a head suited to touch the back of the foil and transmit data to a data logic process unit, controlling the bending process.</p> |
