A combined spring element (15) on the first end (7) of the operating lever (6) guides the end of the brake cable during assembly and fixing for the brake cable nipple (12). The spring element has a fastening leg for fixing on the end of the operating lever and a spring leg for guiding and locking the brake cable nipple. The spring element is fixed on the end of the operating lever by a cone (16).
