Pneumatic positioning drive programmed control arrangement

The control arrangement has a computer unit (11) and several bus stations (14-16) associated with the bus system. Sensors and actuators for each position drive (18) are connected to the bus station associated with the drive. At least one bust station is used exclusively to transfer the actuator and sensor signals between the positioning drive(s) and the computer unit. The computer unit is a central device which determines all control requirements.
