The lid (1)is attached to the recipient and has a cap (4) which pivots between an open position for pouring the contents and closed position which covers the orifice. The cap is connected by a living hinge to a solid link (23) of the lid body (2). The lid body has a notch (14) with the cap conformed to clear it by elastic deformation before reaching its completely open state.
