PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly supply a liquid such as s slurry for a wire. SOLUTION: A slurry supplying mechanism is mounted in an upper side of a working part of a wire saw. The slurry supplying mechanism is provided with an inside supplying pipe 31 extending to an arranging direction of a wire 16 in the working part, an outside supplying pipe 32 with the inserted inside supplying pipe 31, and a supporting part 33 for supporting the outside supplying pipe 32. An opening 32c is formed by a flange 32b in the outside supplying pipe 32. In the supporting part 33, bolts 34 are screwed into plural female screws 33e in a thick wall part 33a and supporting pieces 33b respectively. When advancing amounts of the bolts 34 in positions to adjust an opening width H of the opening 32c are adjusted in this condition, the opening width H is partly adjusted. |
