PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently prevent generation of a shock at the time of finishing hill hold control. SOLUTION: This device has clutch, a one-way clutch F1 to be in a locked state by engagement of the clutch, a brake to make the one-way clutch F1 in a locked state in a direction to prevent retreat of a vehicle in an engaged state, a stop state detection means 102 to detect a vehicle stop state, a clutch release means 103 to carry out neutral control, a brake engaging means 104 to carry out hill hold control, a variable detection means to detect variable to vary in correspondence with engaging quantity of the clutch at the time when neutral control and hill hold control are finished, a brake release means 105 to release the brake at the time when variable becomes a first set value and an output reducing means 106 to temporarily reduce engine output at the time when variable becomes a second set value. |
