PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an excellent wooden pattern by a method wherein an outer layer resin inflow limiting means, constituted of a dam type shielding ring or a comb-teeth type shielding ring at the joining place of an outer layer flow passage and an inner layer flow passage, is provided on one part or the whole of periphery of circumferential direction. SOLUTION: A shutter, elevatable in a cylindrical space, is provided in the flow passage of joining unit of resin flow passages in a dice while an outer layer resin inflow limiting means is connected to the lower end of the same. The outer layer resin inflow limiting means is provided with a dam type shielding ring 220, formed of an annular cylindrical body provided with through holes 220a consisting of a plurality of pieces of rectangular or semi-circular notches arranged at the lowermost end of the same means with an equal space in the widthwise direction of the flow of outer layer resin. In another case, the outer layer resin inflow limiting means is provided with a dam type shielding ring 230, on which a plurality of pieces of dam plates 230a are arrayed annularly on the bottom surface of a joining point of flow passages with a given space. As a result, the amount of outer layer resin, flowing through an outer layer flow passage 14, is reduced very much compared with the amount of inner layer resin, flowing through an inner layer flow passage 65, whereby distinct wooden pattern can be obtained or various wooden patterns can be obtained by changing the outer layer resin flow passage or changing the interval of intermittent injection. |
