发明名称 PLASTIC HOLLOW DOUBLE-WALL MOLDING HAVING ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVE SCREENING EFFECT
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effect the perfect shielding between a front wall and a rear wall with a metallic thin film having a high conductivity and provide a molding with a very high electromagnetic wave screening effect by a method wherein the metallic thin film, shielding between the front wall and the rear wall, is interposed to weld the same to the constituting wall of a molding on the part of parting lines through fusion molding. SOLUTION: The peripheral end faces 4 of a front wall 2 and a rear wall 3 are integrated mutually through fusion welding. A parting line 5 is the part of fusion welding, which is generated on the pinch off part of a mold upon blow molding. A metallic thin film 6, shielding between the front wall 2 and the rear wall 3, is interposed in the hollow part 4 of a housing panel 1. The metallic thin film 6 is an aluminum foil and the metallic thin film 6 is welded to the peripheral end face 4 of the front wall 2 and the rear wall 3 through fusion welding. The part of squeeze-out of the metallic thin film 6 is cut off by the pinch-off part of a mold whereby the metallic thin film 6 will not be exposed in the molding. A supporting piece is welded to the parting line 5 through fusion welding.
