An electrostatographic toner comprising a poly[N-(4-vinylbenzoyl)sulfonamide] charge-control agent is disclosed. The agent having recurring units according to the general structure: <IMAGE> [Z] represents any copolymerizable comonomer and R1 represents C1 to C18 linear, branched or cyclic alkyl or C6 to C10 aryl; and m and n are each weight percent and the total of m and n is 100 weight percent.
