PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushioning material and a carrying container protecting an article from a shock or the like and easily deformed so as to follow the shape and dimension of the article and usable in carrying of various articles. SOLUTION: A cushioning material 1 is formed by housing a ultrafine powder 3 wherein an average particle size of primary particles is 5-30 nm in a bag- shaped container 2 made of a resin and feeds and keeps various parts such as car parts, electric parts or precise parts. As the resin, there is no special limit but a thermoplastic resin is pref. and polyolefin such as thermoplastic polyurethane, polyethylene, polypropylene or the like and a general-purpose resin such as polyvinyl chloride, polyamide, polyester or the like can be used. As the ultrafine powder, ultrafine particlate silicon oxide, aluminum oxide, titanium dioxide or the like can be designated. One kind of the ultrafine powder or two or more kinds of ultrafine powders may be used. |
