PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably feed a high-frequency current to the tips of tweezers by providing a perfusion tube on one of a pair of arms of the tweezers, and providing a slender recessed section on the inside of the tip section of the other arm. SOLUTION: Two arms 2, 3 of bipolar electric coagulation/incision tweezers 1 are provided with grip sections 4, 5 insulated from bipolar electric coagulation/ incision sections 9, 10. The arms 2, 3 are connected to electrodes 6, 7, they are insulated from each other, and the bipolar electric coagulation/incision sections 9, 10 are invariably kept at the opened state. A grooved passage 15 for guiding a perfusate is arranged on the arm 2, for example. A slender recessed section 21 is formed at the tip of the arm 3 facing the arm 2 backward at about 0.50-8.00 mm from the terminals of the bipolar electric coagulation/ incision section 10 as a perfusate holding means. A part of a blood vessel can be prevented from being to the tips of the arms 2, 3, particularly the bipolar electric coagulation/incision section 10 on the side having no perfusion tube 12. |
