PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase vitamin C content in raw milk. SOLUTION: Vitamin C coated with an oil and fat, of about 10 g/day/head is administered to a milk cow in this method for increasing vitamin C content in raw milk. The vitamin C coated with the oil and fat is not attached by the rumen and absorbed at the abomasum. When vitamin E is used in combination, better result is obtained. |
