摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a grain oriented silicon steel sheet having extremely high magnetic flux density as well as excellent excitation characteristic and iron loss characteristic. SOLUTION: The grain oriented silicon steel sheet is produced by subjecting a slab, having a composition consisting of, by weight, 0.010-0.14% C, 0.010-0.050% acid-soluble Al, 0.0030-0.0150% N, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities, to heating and to hot rolling, cold-rolling the resultant plate one or more times to final sheet thickness, and subjecting the resultant sheet to decarburizing annealing and then to final annealing in the temp. region not higher than the Ac1 transformation point. In this case, at the time of finish hot rolling, low friction rolling of <=0.22 friction coefficient is performed by one or more passes, and further, the draft of the pass for low friction rolling is regulated to >=20% and the draft at final cold rolling is regulated to >75%.</p>
