<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the size of a choking unit for a flow passage easily and permit the regulation of kneading by a method wherein a regulating body of choking, which is provided at the tip end side of a cylinder, is moved. SOLUTION: Upon crushing polycarbonate, respective nuts 25 are loosened to move a regulating body 5 of choking along the direction of an arrow sign X in a diagram or the axial direction of the regulating body 5 in order to obtain the predetermined size of a choking unit 13a in accordance with the nature of the material, then, respective nuts 25 are clamped at set positions whereby the regulating body 5 of choking can be fixed. Accordingly, the kneaded material, crushed (or kneaded) by respective screws 2, 3 is extruded downward out of an extruding port 1b through the choking unit 13a of the regulating body 5 of choking. This is a case, in which the material is crushed, however, the material can be treated in the same manner when the material is kneaded or molten and kneaded.</p> |
