PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition having excellent processability which is well-balanced in flowability and melt tension by forming from a polymer comprising, as the components, a polyorganosiloxane and an alkyl (meth)acrylate having a specific number of carbon atoms in the alkyl group and a thermoplastic resin. SOLUTION: The polyorganosiloxane is a polymer represented by the formula or a polymer to be obtained by condensing dimethylsiloxane and, optionally, a crosslinking agent and a graft crosslinking agent of a vinyl-polymerizable functional group-containing siloxane. In the formula, R1 to R3 may be the same or different and are each H, 1-20C alkyl, phenyl, naphthyl, halogenated alkyl or halogenated aryl; R4 is a vinyl-polymerizable functional group such asβ- methacryloxyethyl; R5 and R<6> are each H, 1-20C alkyl, etc. As the alkyl (meth) acrylate are preferred methyl acrylate, etc., having a 1-30C alkyl group. As the thermoplastic resin are preferred a polyolefin, etc.
