PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make improvements in a global atmospheric aggravation due to an increment of carbon dioxide in particular by ameliorating a problem on air pollution emission by car exhaust gases increasing from year to year, and simultaneously eliminating the air pollution emission in burnt flue gas at a factory. SOLUTION: A mixed gas made up of impregnating those of zeolite, coral calcium, bentonite and 2-madreporic body of apatite Ca3 (Po4) with a microorganism of yeast and bacteria and nutrient medium water and blown in with air, is contacted, propagating the microorganism, whereby such fuel as being turned by disrupting the carbon interchain of fuel hydrocarbon is contacted with a radiative mineral catalyzer, disrupting the carbon chain of the hydrocarbon by radiation, and such a catalyzer as enhancing the extent of combustion efficiency is used jointly and thereby the efficiency of fuel consumption is improved, while a washer 7 is installed in addition and flue gas is rinsed and absorbed by an absorbent solution, through which de-NOx, de-SOx, de-carbonizing and de-carbon dioxide are all carried out, and thus air pollution is purified and global environment is improved in combination. |
