PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a protective lock protrude from the thickness of a port main body, provide an engaging part for fingers, and facilitate a removing operation by a method wherein the protective lock is formed into a non-cylindrical shape, and at the same time, the width of the protective lock is made larger than the thickness of the port main body by rotating at a specified angle based on the port main body. SOLUTION: A protective lock 11 has a fitting hole at the center through which a catheter 21 is inserted, and the shape has dimensions wherein the protective lock does not protrude from the thickness of a port main body 1 when being fitted in the port main body 1, but the width of the protective lock 11 protrudes from the thickness of the port main body 1 when being rotated at 90 deg. based on the port main body 1. That is, the protective lock 11 has a non-cylindrical shape, and is close to a flat shape when making an extreme argument, and is preferable to have a smooth curved shape connecting the port main body 1 and the catheter 21, wherein a gap is hard to arise with a main structure when being embedded. Also, it is preferable to provide a protuberance 14 or a recess 15 for positioning of both parts on the fitting surface of the protective lock 11 with the port main body 1 so that they may be respectively fitted with each other. |
