PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a subliming type image receiving sheet which gives a clear image having a sufficient density and being free of sticking and, moreover, makes a formed image have excellent fusion resistance, durability, storage stability and resistance to light. SOLUTION: In a subliming type image receiving sheet having at least a dye accepting layer on a base, a coefficient of dynamic friction (μ2.0 ) between the outermost surface layer of a surface of the subliming type image receiving sheet provided with the dye accepting layer by coating and the outermost surface layer of a surface of a thermal transfer sheet provided with a dye layer by coating is 1.0 or below at the time when an image density of 2.0 is given, and a softening temperature of thermoplastic resin being the main constituent of the dye accepting layer of the subliming type image receiving sheet, which is measured by JIS K7196, is 80 deg.C or above. |
