PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation apparatus capable of simplifying a structure, improving assembling workability, reducing the total cost of the ventilating apparatus and eliminating the installation space of an electric motor. SOLUTION: This ventilation apparatus is equipped with a hoisting shaft 1 for lifting a translucent sheet 35 spread on a frame 30 and an electric motor 4 for rotating the hoisting shaft 1. The electric motor 4 is installed movably in the lifting direction of the translucent sheet 35. The end part of the hoisting shaft 1 is linked and connected to the electric motor 4. One end of a load bearing rope 7 whose end is fixed to the frame 30 to bear the load of the electric motor 4 is connected to the hoisting shaft 1 so that the translucent sheet 35 can be smoothly lifted in a born state of the load of the electric motor 4. |
