PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a strip biopsy in one draw by inserting a flexible tube into a flexible sheath reciprocatably by a root operation section, connecting a fluid injection needle to the tip, connecting a fluid feed section to the root respectively, and providing an excision tool made of a metal wire. SOLUTION: A fluid injection flexible tube 25 and a wire 27 are inserted into a sheath 19. A treatment tool operation section is operated to store the fluid injection needle 26 at the tip of the flexible tube 25 and an incision section 28 at the tip of the wire 27 in the sheath 19 and insert them into a body cavity. The tip section of the sheath 19 is guided to the lesion portion Q of a biological organization P, a fluid injection needle 26 is pierced into the lesion portion Q by the operation of the treatment tool operation section, and a physiological salt solution is injected. The incision section 28 is hooked on a heaved lesion portion Q', the treatment tool operation section is operated to concurrently draw the fluid injection needle 26 and the incision section 28 into the sheath 19, and the lesion portion Q' can be excised in one action. |
