<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To release from a posttreatment remedy against riskiness of a fire or influence to underground water by crushing and sucking waste plastics, incorporating them in a bag-like sheet opened at its one end, then drawing gas in the sheet, and sealing an opened part of the sheet. SOLUTION: Waste plastics 1 of bag or the like, tray or the like made of vinyl or the like supplied to a hopper 2 are crushed to a predetermined size by a crusher 3, and delivered to a next step by a conveying unit 5. Light-weight crushed material 4a is collected to a dust collector 6 via a pneumatic conveyance tube 7 and heavy-weight crushed material 4b is collected to a recovery container of a downstream of the unit 5 as source separated refuses. The material 4a is discharged down by a quantitative supply unit 8 under the collector 6, contained in a bag-like sheet 9 by a supporting unit 10b of a vacuum volume reducing apparatus 10. And, a sandwiching sheet 9 is partly melt connected to be sealed by a sealing unit 10c. A sucking unit 10d draws gas in the sheet 9 to seal the opened part. Bulky plastic is volume reduced, and can be treated in series without heating. It is not necessarily treated with water without anxiety of a fire. And, the sheet 9 is evacuated to a vacuum state to prevent offensive odor or corrosion or the like of the waste.</p> |
