发明名称 METHOD FOR REMOVING GELATIN COATING FILM
摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve economy by applying specific vibration to a coating film under the condition that removal treatment liquid for treating or treatment liquid of supplementary treatment before or after treatment is brought into contact with the film, thereby shortening a treating time. SOLUTION: Materials 4a to be treated obtained by cutting coating film in chip state are hydraulically transported together with treatment liquid 2 to a trough-like or tubular water channel 1. The materials 4a are conveyed in a wide thin layer state and applied by a vibration of a frequency range of 10 to 200 kHz from a vibrator 3 disposed at a home position on a conveying passage. A treating effect is affected to any material 4a by a substantially equivalent history. And, hence, it is not necessary to set a treating time to a longish time to supplement unevenness of the effect. The treating time by an alkali protease type can be largely shortened. Then, excess consumption and original unit of alkali protease resistance can be reduced. And, an increase in cost accompanied with excess vibration application can be avoided and its cost can be reduced as well.</p>
