PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain improvement of small sharp turn capability by a simple constitution, relating to a steering control device attaining facilitation of operation by selectively applying brake force relating to each wheel. SOLUTION: A steering control device is provided with a steering sensor 88 detecting a steering direction of a steering wheel, brake device (wheel cylinder 44FL, 44FR, 44RL, 44RR) constituted so as to be able to perform brake action independently relating to each wheel, and a brake force control means, based on a vehicle advancing direction (forward or reverse) detected by a car speed sensor 90 and a steering direction detected by the steering sensor 88, generating brake force in a front side turn internal wheel relating to the advancing direction. |
