PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject lubricant excellent in lubrication properties and mold release properties and also providing an excellent working environment by using an acrylic (co)polymer, a monocarboxylic acid salt or a polycarboxylic acid salt, and water as principal ingredients. SOLUTION: This lubricant includes (A) one or more kinds of water-soluble or the water-dispersible acrylic (co) polymer, (B) one or more kinds of compounds selected from an 8-54C linear or branched monocarboxylic acid salt and a polycarboxylic acid salt (for example, sodium salt, potassium salt, an alkanolamine salt of oleic acid, ricinoleic acid, pelargonic acid) and (C) water as principal ingredients. Preferably, the weight ratio of the contents of the components A and B is (1/10)-(99/l) and the content of both compounds of the components A and B is 1-90 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. whole amount of the lubricant. The problem of the deterioration or the like of the work environment caused by the graphite is solved because the lubricant is a non-graphite- based lubricant. |
