PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polymer-dispersed polyol useful as a raw material for a flame-retardant polyurethane excellent in durability such as compression set in moist heat by dispersing fine particles of a vinyl polymer having a new composition in a polyol. SOLUTION: This polymer-dispersed polyol is the one including a vinyl polymer dispersed in the polyol, and the vinyl polymer is a polymer of vinyl monomers including (A) 5-80 wt.% acrylamide compound of the formula CH2 = CR<1> CONR<2> R<3> (R<1> to R<3> are each H or a 1-10C hydrocarbon), (B) 0-70 wt.% at least one kind of monomer selected from acrylonitrile and methacrylonitrile, (C) 0-95 wt.% vinyl monomer copolymerizable with the components A and B, regulated so that the total amount of the component B and C may be 95-20 wt.% with the proviso that when the amount of the component C is 0 wt.%, the component A is an acrylamide derivative of the formula CH2 =CR<4> CONR<5> R<6> (R<4> to R<6> are each H or a 1-10C hydrocarbon) and includes 5-50 wt.% vinyl polymer. |
