PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a glass ceramic compsn. not causing the diffusion of Ag in glass ceramics even in the case of firing together with Ag as an inner layer conductor and having a low dielectric loss well adaptable to a high-frequency circuit by incorporating a crystalline glass powder having a specified compsn. and a powdery filler and depositing diopside as principal crystals. SOLUTION: A powdery filler consisting of one or more selected from among alumina, mullite, cristobalite and forsterite and having a dielectric loss of <=10×10<-4> at 0.1-100 GHz is added by 0-30 wt.% to 70-100 wt.% crystalline g]-ass powder consisting of, by weight, 40 65% SiO2 , 20-35% CaO, 11-30% MgO, 0.5-10% Al2 O3 , 0-01-1% CuO, 0-10% SrO, 0-10% ZnO and 0-10% TiO2 and diopside is deposited as principal crystals. |
