PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a cooking vessel to obtain excellent strength, cooked food taking-out operability, and cleanability and the surface hard to be damaged, not to expose the surface of a substrate and not to be rusted, by coating an enamel coat on the surface of a substrate consisting of a steel plate for enamel and formed into a prescribed shape and coating fluororesin. SOLUTION: A bend part 1a for laying on a cooking pan laying part is formed on the whole periphery of this square cooking pan 1, and the substrate 2 of the cooking pan 1 is formed of a steel plate for enamel. The whole surface and the whole back side of the substrate 2 are coated by a heat resistant enamel coat 3 and roughened by acid liquid (nitric acid) for improving adhesion with a first coat 4. A color pigment, a body pigment, organic solvent, etc., are added to a fused mixture of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) and polyestersulfon(PES) and perfluoroalkoxyalkane(PFA) to make paint for a first coat 4 which is applied on the enamel coat 3. Further, paint whose main component is PTFE is applied as a second coat. |
