SOLUTION: The device has a detecting sensor to detect external load on an automobile 1, an ID key to transmit signals for starting and cancelling the operation of the detecting sensor and a stroboscope discharge tube 7 disposed in the field of a view from a driver's seat 1a in an automobile 1 to issue a flash to others than a driver, not having the ID key, seated on the driver's seat 1a when the detecting sensor detects the external load. When a person commits theft on the automobile and gets on the driver's seat 1a, the stroboscope discharge tube 7 issues a flash to the thief seated on the driver's seat 1a and the thief subjected to a glare gives up from driving the automobile 1, thus to prevent the theft. |
