PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil lubrication structure of a differential mechanism capable of reducing manufacturing cost, by suppressing the increase of the number of part items. SOLUTION: In an oil lubrication structure of a differential mechanism, a journal part 9 for journaling an output shaft 7 is formed in a differential gear box and the differential bear box 20 is provided with a ball bearing 22 provided in a bearing-accomodating recessed part 23 turnably supporting the differential gear box 20. An oil receiving rib 25 for receiving lubrication oil scattering around differential gears due to turning motion of the differential gears and a guide rib 26 connected to the oil receiving rib 25 and guiding the lubrication oil toward the ball bearing 22 are formed around the bearing- accomodating recessed part 23.
