PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the workability and the function, by sticking projections made of a solidifying material on the surface of a delineator for sight- handicapped people, which is a separate body from the projections. SOLUTION: A heated metallic bar is pressed on a specified position of a synthetic resin sheet 1 such as a polyvinyl chloride sheet to form a plurality of recesses and a solidifying material 5 such as methacrylic resin is injected in the inside and solidified. Then, an adhesive 6 is applied on the surface of the solidifying material 5 and it is stuck on the surface of a road or the like to form projections and the sheet 1 is removed when necessary. Instead of this procedure, the solidifying material 5 is poured on the surface 7 and after curing, a plurality of holes are formed and a hot melt resin is charged and after curing, the solidified material 5 is removed to form the projection 8. When required, a sensor is embedded in the projection 8 to output radio waves to be received by a stick of a sight-handicapped person. In this way, these indicating projections can be formed at site in a short time and the sight-handicapped can be safely guided to a turget and the projections can be used for decoration of road faces and wall faces and preventive means against sticking of bills. |
