PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injector capable of gradually changing hardness of raw material meat mass and uniformly injecting pickle liquid even if hard part, intermediate part and soft part are present in the meat mass by constituting the injector of a feed conveyer, an injecting needle, a pressure regulating valve and a program controller. SOLUTION: A pressure regulating valve 6 is subjected to program control by a program controller 15 to regulate feed pressure of pickle liquid. Then, raw material meat mass 4 is intermittently fed by a feed conveyer 2. Feed pressure of pickle liquid is regulated whenever intermittent feed is repeated and the pickle liquid is uniformly injected. |
